· Gagandeep is a differently able girl with 40% disability
· She took Retail Sales skill training but does not enjoy sitting jobs.
· She needs to build world of work confidence in order to become self-dependent.
· She has been provided with paid internship opportunity at BTGT Education Foundation as Community Coordinator and Mobilizer from 5th Feb, 2017.
· She has given on job training/coaching for assigned work of community; identification of the potential beneficiaries and collecting data for BTGT's TCPC project.
· We are pursuing with State Social Welfare department so that she can avail government benefits like 2-wheeler grant.

· She is doing identification survey independently
· Visited more than 400 families in two weeks
· Now understand how to summarize work and compilation of data.
· She writes poems and started compiled them in a note book
· She has passion and desire to work for the society. She is planning to do her masters in social work in next year.

· Ashwani lives in the periphery village of Dadumajra with his mother and brother in a rented accommodation
· He took Retail Sales Skill training, got the job in QSR but left due to job work conditions.
· He joined a chemist shop but left because of mindset mismatch with employer.
· Personal Counseling has been done
· Got inspired and benefitted by Intervention and ready to work now.
· We are trying to polish his skills and will fit him in good retail brand soon.
· Continuous counseling and guidance is going on.

· After our interventions, he became serious about life and responsible and has also started doing household work. Earlier he uses to have company of poker playing boys.
· After intervention/self-reflection, he apologized to his ex- employer and started doing his job regularly. In free time comes to seek guidance from BTGT team

· Suraj is introvert in nature.
· He could not pass his English exam of 12thstandard.
· Father being a labourer not able to support him financially.
· He took Retail Sales Skill Training
· He has been sent for interviews at various places earlier in 2015 and 2016
· Deployed in MORE store, started job but was fired due to undisciplined attitude.
· He is not very good in communication skills to crack interview.
· He is attending refresher training of BTGT to learn Customer Service, Interview Skills, IT skills, ONLINE Job applying and Expressing self.
· He attended Mind Strengthening workshop too.

· Suraj is ready to go for interviews again.
· Learnt to take him-self seriously and dresses more soberly than before.
· Earlier, he has taken up few kitchen helper Temporary jobs in events during these days to make his own pocket money.

· Meenakshi has started refresher training program with BTGT and learnt

· She has also attended Mind Strengthening workshop.
· She needs to prepare for Quick Service Restaurants jobs as it has flexible timings.

· After our interventions, she is working on her short temperedness and behavioral issues.
· Meenakshi is ready to take up job in QSR sector.

· Father is temporarily employed and earning bare minimum salary and Anu is bound to find and take a job.
· She did her skill training in retail Sales, but she has fear for Retail Sales and her father is reluctant on her joining in retail due to long working hours.
· She has already attended refresher training program and learnt

· She has attended Mind Strengthening workshop also.
· After classes, she will be guided for office practices and interview skills .

· Anu has gained her confidence back as she has started taking initiative of answering in the class and speaking upfront with courage.
· Anu is looking for job in Office for clerical, office assistant or tele-calling work as her English skills are sufficiently fine.
· She also guides other students in the class.

· Shilpa is daughter of an Artist with no permanent job so her mother is supporting family by working as helper.

· She has pleasing personality, good knowledge of computer skills but need to improve communication skills to enter into world of work.
· She is looking for part time job as doing her college regularly.
