21.	Babli	D/o Arjun Singh # 426 New Indira Colony,   Manimajra	·   Babli is married and has one kid. She is not been able to sustain in job even after skill training in Retail Sales due to her own family issues. Now she is in dire need of job. ·   She is confident and understands Customer Service but needs to improve interviewing skills. ·   She has been provided personalized sessions on IT Skills, Interviewing skills, and resume making. ·   She has given interview in Pantaloons on 18/01/2017, and short listed. ·   After counseling she got her confidence back and she herself gave interview in Microtek, IT Park and McDonalds.	·   Babli is now become confident to give interview independently. ·   She got her employee inspection done by McDonald’s and can be called to join soon.
22.	Rita Kumari	D/O Raj Kumar #4775/2, Small Flats Sector 38 West, Chandigarh	·   Rita is daughter of labourer. ·   She took skill training in Retail Sales ·   She is shy; has sober Personality. ·   She has worked in Competence call centre for few months and later in a Factory in Mohali and sustained for a Year. ·   She attended IT skills classes during the refresher training program and learnt Excel and Google Search. ·   She attended Mind Strengthening workshop also. ·   Four Personal counseling sessions has been done with her on interview skills, resume formatting and to sustain in livelihood. ·   She wants to join in manufacturing unit due to timings suitability.	·   Rita has gained her trust back on the agencies working in community and feels confident by this support. ·   After attending Mind Strengthening workshop she felt herself strong but has little fear to do new jobs.   ·   She will be facilitated for  job in a manufacturing unit .
23.	Nutan Kumari	D/O Bhumi #4736/1, Sector 38 West, Chandigarh	·   Nutan is a community worker in her colony. ·   Her father has been doing temporary catering work. ·    Lacking good communication and other skills to join employment. ·   She attended IT skills classes during the refresher training program and learnt computer basics.  ·   She attended Mind Strengthening workshop also. ·   Four Personal counseling sessions has been done with her. ·   She learnt interview skills, resume formatting and how to sustain livelihood.	·   Nutan is already works in community, she initiated to call upon four of her friends when coming for counseling sessions. ·   Nutan learnt, one needs to keep her will more strong in order to use her abilities from Mind Strengthening Workshop. ·   She will be facilitated for job in a manufacturing unit as she feels that there timings are most suitable for her.
24.	Roopa	D/O Krishan #4683/2, Sec-38 West, Chandigarh	·   Roopa’s father does not have permanent source of income hence she require to do job. ·   She took Retail Sales Skill training in 2015 but feeling due to fear to face strangers didn’t join job provided. ·   She feels hesitation in presenting herself in interviews. ·   She is good in IT skills but need to improve service and English Language skills. ·   She attended IT skills classes during the refresher training program and learnt basic computer skills.   ·   She attended Mind Strengthening workshop also. ·   She has taken four counseling sessions and honed interview skills, did resume formatting, job choices and how to sustain in livelihood.	·   Roopa now feels herself more vibrant to go for interview and sustain in job how even after every hardship and challenge. ·   Roopa overcome her negative thinking about her incapability of not able to do anything after Mind Strengthening Workshop. ·    She will be facilitated for job in a manufacturing unit.
