16.        


Kamta Prasad
S/o Phool Chandra Patel



#872 Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh

·   Kamta is living in a rented house with his nuclear family and was doing a vegetable selling work after losing his full time job when he came for skill training if BTGT in 2015.
·   He is not very good in communication skills but he knows technology and understands field work.
·   He has been counseled for five times even  at his working site also to upgrade his entrepreneurial work of vegetable selling  in order to make more income rather than doing part time job along with vegetable selling.
·   His short term training completed.
·   Financial management training will be given soon.
·   He regained confidence and trust that his vegetable business can converted from street vending to shop owner so he is putting efforts in this direction.
·   A session on organized self entrepreneurship has been planned whereby Kamta can organize his income and expenditure in more effective way.
17.        


Talib
S/o Mohd. Islamudin


#1229 Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh

·   Talib is 10thPassed, and dropped school due to his Dancing passion and fees issue from father who feels Talib is not studying.
·   He is confident but low sophistication, weak in language and technology.
·   He practice dancing daily, has a dream to participate in a reality show but funds hinder his passion
·   He seeks job from late evening to night to pursue his education and dance talent.
·   He attended workshop of –Strengthening the Mind and has been motivated to carry on with his passion
·   Four Personalized coaching’s on how to go about for Dancing passion, Supporting father in Fish business and appearing via NIOS the 12th has been given.

·   He has been educated on how to apply driving license as delivery jobs available in QSR sector
·   A plan to link him to Alumni who is dance teacher is being formalized.
18.        

Chand Mohd.
S/o Mohd. Yamin



#347-C, Small Flats Dhanas, Chandigarh

·   Chand is friend of Talib and son of Fish selling vendor.
·   He is member of big family with single earner. So is pressurized to start work soon and he dropped out school in 12th class.
·   He also has passion for Dance and practice with Talib daily for his dream to be professional dancer.
·   He is also seeking job from late evenings with Talib.
·   He attended workshop strengthening the Mind and has been motivated to carry on with his passion.
·   Four Personalized counseling’s on how to go about for Dancing passion, Supporting father in Fish business and appearing via NIOS the 12th has been given
·   He has been educated on how to apply driving license as delivery jobs available in QSR sector

17.        


Shyam Chander
S/o Rama Nand



#31/7, Sec-52, Chandigarh
·   Shyam is graduate has been in dilemma about his livelihood so took skill training in retail but never joined retail job.
·   Pressurized by elder siblings and father to earn and do job soon otherwise, opt for native village chores with no choice of his own.
·   He knows technology and confident in presenting himself.
·   He has been assessed on his interview skills, world of work understanding, and  personal issues which might have hindered him  to sustain in employment
·   Shyam has been counseled for three times to handle challenges to sustain a livelihood in order to grow in life, polished  his IT skills, and did  resume setting.
·   He has been sent for interviews and will be followed up for his sustainability in job.
·   He is sent for interview at HDFC loaning firm HDB
·   Later Interview at AXIS bank has been planned
20.        

Shivani
D/o Sanjay Kumar



#4160 Maloya Colony, Chandigarh
·   Shivani has completed her Retail Sales skill training but didn’t join employment as family is allowing her to do job till late evening.
·   She is taking tuitions regularly from1st standard to Vth standard and earns 3000 per month income to support her needy family needs.
·   She is presentable, able to dress well and confident for interview.
·   Personalized counseling sessions has been conducted three times along with other beneficiaries on sustainability in employment, interview skill, and resume building.

·   She will be facilitated for job in an office taking care of her time constraint.
