11         

Roopa

·   Roopa is a widow and having three children to look after.
·   She is taking tuitions to earn her livelihood. Looking for full time employment but not in retail due to time constraint.
·   She has done Diploma in library sciences and completed skill training in Retail also.
·   She lacks confidence to work and is out of touch from technology too.
·   The plan is to place her either in Immigration offices, Courier Agents’ office, Clinics or KPOs with day shift.
·   Roopa has gained trust that she will provided job after she finishes her tuition batches in March 2017.
·   She is keen to work as intern to learn and polish her skills before going to real job.

Aradhana
D/O Ramesh Kumar



# 102/B, Shashtri Nagar, Manimajra, Chandigarh
·   Aradhana’s mother has expired, and she is the eldest one in family so has the responsibility to look after household too.
·   She needs job as father is auto driver
·   Not Very Presentable, Introvert and sober in personality.
·   She opted for refresher training with us but due to father’s sudden health issue could not attend the training regularly.
But attending IT literacy classes 
·   She attended the Mind Strengthening workshop.
·   Personal counseling has been done four times to make her ready for world of work.
·   Aradhana  is ready to take up job and maintain balance between home  and  place of work after counseling sessions.
·   She needs to mentor regularly and hand hold even in job.
·   She learnt how to use the Power of Thought in positive manner after Mind Strengthening workshop

Rajat
S/o Amirish


#1555, Sec-25 D, Chandigarh

·   Rajat belongs to a needy family of five members and is doing driving in order to support his own expenses.
·   Pressurized to find full time regular job. Rajat is not able to do very good in studies due to family circumstances and could pass 10th only.
·   He has very little knowledge of technology and service skills.
·   He has never taken any skill training.
·   Rajat was sent to SMART fashions sector 17, Chandigarh.
·   He was sent for interview at Garment shop in sector 19 but not joined due to non suitability of timings.
·   Five personal counseling sessions has been conducted with him before and after the interviews including family issues, Interview skills, Resume Building etc.
·   He has fear to face   customers, which need to be tackle through training and confidence building.

Ekta
D/o Satpal Singh



#301, Kachi Colony, Dhanas

·   Ekta belongs to a conservative needy family.
·   Father has reluctance for her doing job.
·   She is not very good in English, communication skills, IT and retail knowledge. She herself is reluctant to take sales job.
·   Ekta attended IT skills classes during the refresher training program and sharpened her computer skills.
·   She attended Mind Strengthening workshop also.
·   Five counseling sessions has been conducted with her on resume building, interview skills and parents counseling.
·   There is a need to sharpen her interview skills before going for interview.
·   She has shown some seriousness and confidence after training sessions and counseling.
·   She will be facilitated for interviews for retail stores and office work.
·   She confessed that she came to know that only ‘Fear’ is stopping her from doing job after attending Mind Strengthening workshop 
15.        


Deepak Kumar
S/o Ratan Pal



#2421, Sec-25 D, Chandigarh

·   Short term training completed.
·   Counseling done.
·   Deepak has his own nuclear family and has responsibility to bring regular income.
·   Deepak is confident fellow and good in technology. Done diploma in Welding from ITI, he goes for Welding work for random income and even he has rented his PC in cyber cafe and makes part time money by filling forms for customers.
·   He has been sent for Computer operator job at SMART Fashions but employer offered salesman job with incentives due to his good exposure and attitude.
·    We will handhold till the time he will get the job of welder in good industry.
·   After counseling and mock interview sessions and attending our workshop of Strengthening of Mind, he wants to build career in Welding field and seeking Apprenticeship in manufacturing industry
·   Follow up has been started; he is learning the work culture in his present job.
